- Reconstitution: 개봉 전 원심분리하여 내용물을 바닥으로 모은 후, 멸균 PBS(0.1% human serum albumin 포함)에 재용해하십시오. 추가 희석은 low endotoxin medium 또는 carrier protein(BSA, FCS 등)을 포함하는 완충 용액에서 수행하십시오.
- Storage: 동결건조 상태로 ≤ -20°C(건조 상태 권장) 보관. 재용해 후에는 작업용 aliquot으로 나누어 ≤ -20°C에서 보관하고, 반복적인 동결/해동은 피하십시오.
Target Information
Activins는 TGF-β(superfamily)에 속하는 이합체 성장 및 분화 인자로, serine kinase 수용체 복합체를 통해 신호를 전달합니다. Type I 수용체는 신호전달에 필수적이며, Type II 수용체는 리간드 결합 및 Type I 수용체 발현에 필요합니다. 리간드 결합 후 Type I 수용체가 Type II 수용체에 의해 인산화되어 활성화됩니다. Activin A 변이는 fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva와 관련이 있습니다.
