- In direct ELISAs, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human LRP-1, LRP-1B, LRP-5, LRP-6, and LDLR is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein family. The encoded protein may regulate Wnt signaling. Mutations in this gene are associated with Cenani-Lenz syndrome.
