Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IFN-gamma is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.01 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
Limitin (IFN-zeta) exhibits antiviral and antiproliferative activities. It is produced by macrophages and stimulates the production of two enzymes: a protein kinase and an oligoadenylate synthetase.
