Target Information

ESRRB (steroid hormone receptor ERR2)는 배아 및 영양막 줄기세포의 자가재생과 다능성 유지에 관여하며, FGF 및 Wnt 신호전달 경로를 통해 다양한 조절 작용을 수행합니다. FGF 신호 활성화 시 ESRRB는 KDM1A와 상호작용하여 ELF5 및 EOMES 전사 활성화를 유도하고, 이는 영양막 줄기세포의 자가재생을 촉진합니다. 또한 ESRRB는 망막의 막대세포 특이 유전자 발현을 조절하며, 해당 세포의 생존에 필수적입니다. ESRRB 유전자의 결함은 상염색체 열성 난청(DFNB35)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
