HIPK3는 세린/트레오닌 키나아제로 신호전달, 세포 간 통신 및 종양의 다약제 내성과 관련된 단백질입니다. FADD의 인산화를 통해 세포자멸사를 음성 조절하며, 안드로겐 수용체 매개 전사를 강화하고 NK homeodomain 전사인자의 전사 공동억제자로 작용할 수 있습니다.
