Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Hepatocyte nuclear factor 6 (HNF6) is a CUT homeobox family transcription factor containing both CUT and homeobox DNA-binding domains. It regulates genes involved in maturity-onset diabetes of the young and interacts with the FOXM1 transcription factor network. HNF6 and HNF4 jointly control liver gene expression, with their expression levels increasing during development. Altered expression of HNF6 and HNF4 affects the timing of g6pc gene expression.
