Target Information
Annexin A2 유전자는 annexin 계열 단백질을 암호화하며, 이 단백질들은 칼슘 의존적 인지질 결합 단백질로서 세포 성장 조절 및 신호전달 경로 조절에 관여합니다. Annexin A2는 자가분비 인자로 작용하여 파골세포 형성과 골흡수를 촉진합니다. 이 유전자는 염색체 4, 9, 10에 각각 세 개의 유사유전자를 가지고 있으며, 다양한 스플라이싱 변이체가 존재합니다.
