For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform another round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The MAGEB1 gene belongs to the MAGEB family, whose members have coding sequences located in the last exon and share 50–68% sequence identity. Promoters and first exons vary significantly, allowing similar functions under different transcriptional controls.
This gene is localized in the DSS (dosage-sensitive sex reversal) critical region, expressed in testis and various tumor types. MAGEB genes are clustered on chromosome Xp22-p21. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants exist, though the full-length nature of some remains undefined.
