Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CCDC93 is involved in copper-dependent ATP7A trafficking between the trans-Golgi network and peripheral vesicles. Its function depends on association within the CCC complex and cooperation with the WASH complex on early endosomes, mediated by interaction with WASHC2C.
