Target Information
Human IgG4 (human immunoglobulin G4)는 인체 면역글로불린 G의 아형(subclass)으로, 항원에 대한 면역 반응 시 생성됩니다. 혈중에서 가장 적은 비율을 차지하며 병원체 방어에는 제한적인 역할을 하지만, 항원 결합 및 식세포작용, 보체 활성화 등을 통해 면역 반응에 관여합니다. 또한 면역 관용 및 염증 억제와 같은 면역 조절 기능에도 관련되어 있습니다. Human IgG4는 병원체에 대한 면역 반응 연구, 진단 및 치료제 개발 연구에 활용될 수 있습니다.
