For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information
CBX8 is a component of the Polycomb group (PcG) multiprotein PRC1-like complex, which maintains transcriptional repression of genes such as Hox during development. The PRC1 complex acts through chromatin remodeling and histone modification, mediating monoubiquitination of histone H2A at Lys-119, leading to heritable changes in chromatin expressibility.
