Target Information
MALT1(Paracaspase)은 인간 paracaspase 계열 단백질로, B-cell lymphoma와 상호작용하는 단백질로 알려져 있습니다 (Uren et al., 2000).
MALT1은 N-말단 death domain, 두 개의 Ig-like domain, 그리고 C-말단 caspase-like domain을 포함합니다.
이 단백질은 Bcl10과 결합하여 NF-kappaB 활성을 유도하는 역할을 합니다.
