Target Information

Tribbles 단백질은 세포 분열을 억제하는 새로운 인자로, Drosophila 형태발생에서 중요한 시점에서 유사분열을 차단합니다. 포유류의 Tribbles 상동체는 MAPK 활성을 조절하며, TRIB3는 Trbs 계열의 구성원으로 TRB-3, SINK, SKIP3로도 알려져 있습니다.
이 단백질의 과발현은 TNF 자극 또는 하위 신호 단백질에 의해 유도된 NF-κB 의존적 전사를 억제하지만, NF-κB의 핵 이동 및 DNA 결합은 억제하지 않습니다. TRIB3/SKIP3는 다수의 인간 종양에서 과발현되며, 저산소 상태에 의해 조절됩니다.
