A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross reactivity with Cas5 from human, mouse, chimpanzee, bovine, and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence.
Expect cross reactivity with multiple isoforms of this protein.
Cross reactivity with Cas5 from other sources has not been determined.

Target Information

The protein encoded by this gene is a zinc finger transcription factor.
The encoded protein may function as a tumor suppressor, and single nucleotide polymorphisms in this gene are associated with blood pressure variation.
Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms.
