Target Information
NuMA (nuclear mitotic apparatus) is a long coiled-coil protein that plays a critical role during interphase and mitosis.
- In interphase: hypothesized to contribute to nucleoskeletal structure and nuclear organization.
- During mitosis: involved in spindle microtubule organization and chromosome positioning.
