Target Information
CD41 (platelet glycoprotein IIb, ITGA2B)는 두 개의 서브유닛(120 kDa α, 23 kDa β)으로 구성되어 있으며, 칼슘 존재 하에서 CD61과 상호작용하여 기능적 접착 단백질 수용체를 형성합니다.
CD41은 혈소판 응집을 매개하여 혈액응고 과정에 관여하며, 혈관 손상 시 von Willebrand factor, fibrinogen, fibronectin, vitronectin 등 다양한 단백질에 결합합니다.
주로 거핵세포-혈소판 계통에서 발현되며, 조혈분화 초기 단계에서 발현되는 항원군에 속합니다.
CD41 기능 이상은 Glansmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 bleeding disorder와 관련이 있습니다.
