Product Specific Information
Reconstitution: Add 50 µL or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).
Target Information
Adgrb1 is a phosphatidylserine receptor that enhances the engulfment of apoptotic cells and may act as a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis in the brain. It plays a role in cell adhesion and signal transduction and may mediate p53 signaling in glioblastoma suppression.
Adgrb1 is part of the secretin receptor family and functions as an angiogenesis inhibitor and tumor growth suppressor. Diseases associated with ADGRB1 include glioblastoma.
