Reconstitution:
25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW) depending on the sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

Bradykinin, a 9 amino acid peptide, is generated under pathophysiologic conditions such as inflammation, trauma, burns, shock, and allergy.
Two types of G-protein coupled receptors bind bradykinin and mediate responses to these conditions.
The protein encoded by this gene is one of these receptors and is synthesized de novo following tissue injury.
Receptor binding increases cytosolic calcium ion concentration, leading to chronic and acute inflammatory responses.
