Target Information
LYVE1은 림프관 벽의 주요 히알루로난(HA) 수용체로 확인된 단백질입니다. 322개의 아미노산으로 구성된 type I integral membrane glycoprotein으로, CD44 HA 수용체와 41%의 서열 유사성을 가집니다. LYVE1은 림프관 내피세포에서 주로 발현되며, 백혈구 및 종양세포의 림프절 이동 조절에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다. 림프관 내피세포의 주요 마커로 LYVE1, PALE, VEGFR3, podoplanin 등이 알려져 있습니다. LYVE1 기능 이상은 Complete Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
