Background
Complement는 선천 면역의 핵심 요소이며, 병원체 침입에 대한 1차 방어선으로 작용합니다. Complement 3 (C3)는 보체 활성화 경로(고전적, 대체적, 렉틴 경로)의 공통 교차점으로, C3 convertase에 의해 C3a(아나필락시톡신)와 C3b(옵소닌)으로 절단됩니다. C3a는 C3a 수용체(C3aR)에 결합하여 혈관 투과성 증가, 비만세포 탈과립, 염증 유도 및 백혈구 활성화를 포함한 강력한 아나필락시톡신 활성을 나타냅니다.
