Background
Vitamin D-Binding Protein (DBP)는 ALB/AFP/VDB 패밀리에 속하는 분비 단백질로, 세 개의 알부민 도메인을 포함합니다. 28개의 시스테인 잔기를 포함하며 다수의 이황화 결합을 형성합니다. DBP는 혈장, 복수, 뇌척수액, 소변 및 다양한 세포 표면에서 발견되며, 비타민 D 및 그 대사산물을 결합해 표적 조직으로 운반합니다. 또한 B-림프구 표면의 막 결합 면역글로불린 및 T-림프구 막의 IgG Fc 수용체와 상호작용합니다.
