Product Specific Information

This affinity purified antibody is directed against mouse SLIT-1 protein.
A BLAST analysis suggests reactivity with mouse and rat SLIT-1 based on 100% homology for the immunogen sequence.
Cross-reactivity is expected with human, chicken, and frog SLIT-1 (94% positive by BLAST).
Cross-reactivity with other homologues has not been determined.
Target Information
SLIT1 is thought to act as a molecular guidance cue in cellular migration, mediated by interaction with roundabout homolog receptors.
