For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

MAP2K3 (MEK3) is a dual-specificity protein kinase involved in cellular signal transduction pathways and necessary for glucose transporter expression. It phosphorylates and activates MAPK14/p38-MAPK and can be activated by insulin.
RAS oncogene expression induces accumulation of the active kinase form, leading to constitutive MAPK14 activation and oncogenic transformation. Inhibition of this kinase is linked to the pathogenesis of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported for MEK3.
