For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD137 ligand (CD137L) is a type II membrane protein belonging to the TNF superfamily. It acts as a co-stimulatory molecule expressed on antigen-presenting cells (DCs, monocytes/macrophages, B cells) and is upregulated upon activation.
Its receptor, CD137/4-1BB, is found on various cells including inflamed endothelial cells, enhancing monocyte extravasation. Activated T cells express CD137, and CD137L engagement promotes T cell proliferation, IL-2 secretion, survival, and cytotoxic activity.
CD137L is expressed in most B-cell lymphomas (mantle cell, follicular, diffuse large B-cell) but absent in Hodgkin and T-cell lymphomas. It is also found in carcinoma cell lines, suggesting a role in T cell–tumor cell interactions.
