Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Three different forms of human pancreatic procarboxypeptidase A have been identified.
This antibody targets the A2 form, a monomeric protein with distinct biochemical properties from A1 and A3.
The A2 isoform acts on aromatic C-terminal residues and is secreted.
