Target Information
Histone H3는 모든 진핵세포의 크로마틴 내 DNA 결합 단백질 중 하나입니다. H3는 다른 핵심 히스톤 단백질들과 함께 DNA에 결합하여 뉴클레오솜 구조를 형성합니다. 히스톤은 전사 조절, DNA 복구, 복제 및 염색체 안정성에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 히스톤은 다양한 번역 후 변형을 통해 크로마틴 구조를 직접적으로 변경하거나 특정 전사 인자의 결합을 유도합니다. H3의 N-말단 꼬리는 여러 가지 번역 후 변형을 거쳐 세포 과정에 영향을 미치며, 라이신 및 아르기닌 잔기에 메틸 또는 아세틸 그룹이 결합하거나 세린 및 트레오닌의 인산화가 일어납니다.
