FGFR2 유전자의 변이는 Crouzon syndrome, Pfeiffer syndrome, Craniosynostosis, Apert syndrome, Jackson-Weiss syndrome, Beare-Stevenson cutis gyrata syndrome, Saethre-Chotzen syndrome 등 여러 유전 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
