Target Information
RIPK3는 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열인 receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family의 구성원으로, 다른 RIP 단백질들과 구별되는 C-terminal domain을 가지고 있습니다. 주로 세포질에 존재하며, 미토콘드리아 내에서 공위치하며 핵 내 이동 신호에 따라 핵-세포질 간 이동이 가능합니다. RIPK3는 TNF receptor-I signaling complex의 구성요소로서 apoptosis를 유도하고 NF-kappaB를 약하게 활성화할 수 있습니다. Caspase-8은 RIPK3 의존적 괴사를 억제하며, CFLAR과의 복합체를 통해 보호 기능을 수행합니다.
