Target Information
African swine fever virus protein p54 is an important structural protein and is highly immunogenic. Mouse monoclonal antibodies prepared against a baculovirus-expressed p54 polypeptide recognized both conserved and variable epitopes. The monoclonal antibody epitopes also reacted with sera from ASFV-infected pigs.
