Product Specific Information

The SA-DA4 monoclonal antibody reacts with the μ heavy chain of human IgM and does not cross-react with other human immunoglobulin classes (IgD, IgG, IgA). IgM is expressed intracellularly in early B lymphopoiesis and on the surface of mature B cells.

Variation in non-B cell staining may occur due to donor variability or anticoagulant used during blood draw. Sodium citrate is recommended to minimize non-specific staining.
