For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Steroidogenic factor-1 (SF-1) is an orphan nuclear receptor involved in organ development and differentiation of the endocrine system.
It is essential for fetal development of the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, gonads, and adrenal gland. SF-1 promotes transcriptional activity of many steroidogenic enzymes from the cytochrome P450 family.
SF-1 contains two activation function domains (AF1 and AF2), which are necessary for interaction with nuclear receptors, coactivators, and corepressors such as SRC-1, GRIP1, CREB binding protein (CBP), and SMRT.
