Target Information

Lutheran blood group glycoprotein은 immunoglobulin superfamily에 속하며, laminin에 결합하는 세포외기질 단백질 수용체입니다.
이 단백질은 5개의 N-말단 extracellular immunoglobulin domains, 단일 transmembrane domain, 짧은 C-terminal cytoplasmic tail을 포함합니다.
상피세포 암 및 겸상적혈구병에서 적혈구의 혈관 폐색에 관여할 수 있습니다.
두 가지 전사 변이가 보고되어 있으며, 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화합니다.
