For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The NAE1 protein binds to the beta-amyloid precursor protein, which is a cell surface protein involved in signal transduction and possibly in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease.
NAE1 forms a heterodimer with UBE1C to bind and activate NEDD8, a ubiquitin-like protein, and is required for cell cycle progression through the S/M checkpoint.
Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
