Product Specific Information
30-H12 단클론 항체는 mouse CD90.2 (Thy-1.2) 항원을 인식합니다. CD90.2는 thymocytes, 성숙 T세포, 신경세포 등에서 발현되며 BALB/c, CBA, C3H, C57BL/6, C58/J, SJL 등 다양한 mouse strain에서 검출됩니다. CD90.1을 발현하는 PL, AKR strain에서는 반응하지 않습니다.
이 항체는 flow cytometric 분석에 사용되며, mouse splenocytes 분석을 통해 검증되었습니다. 0.5 µg/test 이하로 사용 가능하며, 100 µL 최종 부피 내에서 세포 수(10⁵~10⁸ cells/test)는 실험적으로 결정해야 합니다.
Super Bright 436은 violet laser (405 nm)에서 여기되고 436 nm에서 방출됩니다. 450/50 bandpass filter 사용을 권장합니다.
두 개 이상의 Super Bright dye-conjugated 항체를 함께 사용할 경우, 비특이적 중합체 상호작용을 최소화하기 위해 Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) 사용을 권장합니다.

Target Information
CD90.2 (Thy-1) 항원은 면역글로불린 초가족에 속하는 GPI 결합 당단백질입니다. Mouse T세포, thymocytes, neural cells, Kupffer’s cells, fibroblasts 등에서 발현됩니다. Synaptogenesis 및 뇌 내 세포 간 상호작용에 관여하며, 18 kDa 크기의 막 단백질로 다양한 조직 및 세포주에서 높은 발현을 보입니다. Mouse에서는 모든 thymocytes 및 말초 T lymphocytes에서 CD90.2가 발현됩니다.
