Target Information
CCR3 (C-C chemokine receptor type 3)는 eotaxin, eotaxin-3, MCP-3, MCP-4, RANTES, MIP-1 delta와 결합합니다.
CCR3는 세포 내 칼슘 이온 농도를 증가시켜 신호를 전달하며, HIV-1 감염 시 CD4와 함께 대체 공동수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다.
또한, CCR3를 포함한 케모카인 수용체는 염증 반응과 면역세포의 감염 부위 이동에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
케모카인은 G 단백질 결합 수용체에 결합하여 백혈구를 활성화하며, CXCR과 CCR 두 주요 그룹으로 구분됩니다.
