Target Information
FGF12은 섬유아세포 성장인자(FGF) 패밀리의 구성원으로, 세포 성장, 형태형성, 조직 재생, 종양 성장 및 침습 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여합니다. 대부분의 FGF 단백질과 달리 N-말단 신호 서열이 없으며, 핵 내 위치 신호로 작용하는 염기성 잔기 클러스터를 포함합니다. 포유류 세포에 발현 시 핵 내에 축적되지만 분비되지 않으며, 두 가지 대체 스플라이싱된 전사체가 보고되었습니다.
