This antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
FBXO32 encodes a member of the F-box protein family, characterized by an approximately 40 amino acid F-box motif. These proteins are components of the SCF ubiquitin ligase complex, which mediates phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination.
FBXO32 belongs to the Fbxs subclass and is highly expressed during muscle atrophy. Mice deficient in this gene are resistant to atrophy, making FBXO32 a potential drug target for muscle atrophy treatment.
Alternative splicing generates two transcript variants encoding isoforms of different sizes.
