Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immune responses such as opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It also regulates immune processes including T cell activation and B cell inhibition. Widely used in research and diagnostic assays such as ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry, as well as in therapeutic and vaccine development.
