Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).


Target Information

IRF3 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 3) is a key transcriptional regulator of type I interferon (IFN)-dependent immune responses.
It plays a critical role in innate immune defense against DNA and RNA viruses by regulating transcription of IFN-alpha, IFN-beta, and interferon-stimulated genes (ISG).
IRF3 is activated through phosphorylation by IKBKE and TBK1, leading to dimerization, nuclear localization, and association with CREB-binding protein to form DRAF1 complex, which activates type I IFN and ISG gene transcription.
Mutations in IRF3 can cause acute encephalopathy and herpes-specific infection-induced disorders.
