Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

NME4 belongs to the protein kinase family, enzymes that transfer phosphate groups from donors such as ATP to acceptor amino acids in substrate proteins.
Protein kinases play key roles in signal transduction, regulating metabolism, transcription, cell cycle, cytoskeletal rearrangement, movement, apoptosis, and differentiation.
The kinase family includes over 500 gene products and is divided into eight major groups based on catalytic domain sequence comparisons.
The AGC kinase group includes PKA/PKG, PKC, RAC/Akt, ARK, and RSK families.
