For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NME1 shows reduced mRNA levels in highly metastatic cells.
Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) forms a hexamer of A (NME1) and B (NME2) isoforms.
Mutations are linked to aggressive neuroblastomas.
Two transcript variants exist, and co-transcription with NME2 produces a fusion protein (NME1-NME2) sharing identity with both gene products.
