For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NME1 was identified due to its reduced mRNA levels in highly metastatic cells. Nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDK) forms a hexamer composed of A (encoded by this gene) and B (encoded by NME2) isoforms. Mutations in NME1 are associated with aggressive neuroblastomas. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. Co-transcription with the neighboring NME2 gene produces a fusion transcript (NME1-NME2) encoding a hybrid protein containing sequences from both genes.
