Target Information
LAMP1 (CD107a, lysosome-associated membrane protein-1)는 LAMP-2와 함께 리소좀 막의 주요 구성 요소로, 총 CD107a의 1–2%는 세포막에도 존재합니다. 이 단백질은 고도로 당화된 막 단백질로 신호 펩타이드, 18개의 N-연결 당화 부위, 단일 막관통 영역, 11개의 아미노산으로 구성된 짧은 세포질 꼬리를 포함합니다.
LAMP 단백질은 리소좀 생합성과 리소좀–식세포 융합에 필수적이며, 세포 활성화 시 LAMP1의 세포막 이동은 C-말단의 티로신 기반 모티프(YXXI)에 의존합니다. 이 모티프의 간격이 변경되면 리소좀 위치가 손실되고, 단백질은 세포막과 엔도좀 사이를 순환하게 됩니다.
세포 표면 LAMP1 및 LAMP2는 인간 말초혈 단핵세포(PBMC)의 혈관 내피 부착을 촉진하여 염증 부위에서의 부착에 관여할 수 있습니다. 알츠하이머병(AD) 환자의 신경세포 및 교세포 주변에서 LAMP1 면역반응성이 증가하며, 흉선의 급성 위축 시 수지상세포, 대식세포, 림프구에서 관찰됩니다. LAMP1은 비만세포 활성화의 우수한 마커로 알려져 있습니다.
