Target Information
Interferons (IFNs)는 바이러스 감염 동안 다양한 면역 반응에 관여하며, 선천적 및 적응성 항바이러스 기전의 유도와 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
IRF7은 바이러스 유도성 세포 유전자(특히 interferon beta chain gene)의 전사 활성화에 관여하며, MyD88 및 Tirp/TRAM과 같은 Toll-like receptor (TLR) 어댑터 단백질과 상호작용하여 TLR4 및 TLR9 신호전달의 중간체로 기능합니다.
IRF7에는 최소 4가지의 서로 다른 스플라이싱 동형이 존재하지만, 그 기능은 아직 명확히 규명되지 않았습니다.
