Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
This gene encodes a transcription factor that represses GATA-regulated genes and binds to a dynein light chain protein. Binding of the encoded protein to the dynein light chain affects its interaction with GATA consensus sequences and suppresses transcriptional activity. Defects in this gene are associated with tricho-rhino-phalangeal syndrome (TRPS) types I–III.
