Target Information
GGTL3 (GGT7) is an enzyme involved in glutathione metabolism and amino acid transpeptidation. Altered gamma-glutamyltransferase activity may indicate preneoplastic or toxic conditions in the liver or kidney.
GGTL3 consists of a heavy and light chain and can interact with CT120, a plasma membrane-associated protein potentially involved in lung carcinogenesis.
This gene family encodes enzymes that play a key role in glutathione metabolism and amino acid transpeptidation.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
