Target Information
- Targets myosin phosphatase to the actin cytoskeleton.
- Required for the regulation of the actin cytoskeleton by RhoA and ROCK1.

- Overexpression of MRIP or its F-actin-binding region causes disassembly of stress fibers in neuronal cells.
