Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
This gene encodes a heparanase enzyme. The encoded protein is an endoglycosidase that degrades heparan sulfate proteoglycans located on the extracellular matrix and cell surface. It may be involved in biological processes such as extracellular matrix remodeling, angiogenesis, and tumor progression. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
