이 항체는 비특이적 결합을 최소화하기 위해 소, 염소, 마우스, 랫, 인간 IgG에 대해 사전 교차흡착(pre cross-adsorbed) 처리되었습니다.
교차흡착은 항체의 특이성을 높여 백그라운드 염색 및 교차 반응을 줄이는 정제 과정입니다.
2차 항체 용액을 사용하기 전, 미세원심분리기로 짧게 원심하여 상등액만 사용하면 단백질 응집체로 인한 비특이적 신호를 줄일 수 있습니다.
적절한 항체 희석 배수는 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정해야 합니다.
