이 항체는 교차반응성을 최소화하기 위해 다양한 종(소, 염소, 닭, 기니피그, 햄스터, 말, 양, 토끼, 랫트, 인간)의 IgG에 대해 교차흡착 과정을 거쳤습니다. 이러한 정제 과정을 통해 비특이적 결합을 제거하고 높은 특이성을 확보하여 다중 염색 및 형광 이미징 실험에서 낮은 배경 신호를 제공합니다.

사용 시 단백질 응집체를 제거하기 위해 실험 전 단시간 원심분리 후 상층액만 사용하십시오. 항체 희석 배율은 실험 조건에 따라 경험적으로 결정해야 합니다.

Specificity:
이 항체는 마우스 IgG의 heavy chain과 모든 마우스 면역글로불린의 light chain에 결합하며, 비면역글로불린 마우스 혈청 단백질이나 타종 IgG에는 결합하지 않습니다.
